How to get started, step by step

Sign Contract
Our contract is easy to sign, there are no up-front fees. You only pay commission when you receive bookings.

Product Creation
If you are selling multiple products we agree on what to onboard in GoTo HUB. Our content team check your website for information. Most of the time the information we find is enough for us to create our own product description. Once done we ask you to proof-read and approve the description.

Adding Allotment and Prices
If you are using a PMS system we already have a connection to we will sync the allotments and prices so that it works with full automation. Otherwise we will set up a allotment within GoTo HUB.

System Training
Before going live we will give you a brief demo (15 min) about our system to make sure you are comfortable in using it.

Pay when you get sold

GoTo HUB charges a commission only when your product is sold. This means that there is no risk in joining!

Commission levels

  • As a ticket provider you pay 10% commission on the sales price. A ticket is normally an entrance to a concert or a museum.

  • As a Tour & Activity provider you pay 20% commission on the sales price. A tour or activity is normally a guided tour or renting a kayak.

  • As an accommodation provider you pay 15% commission on the sales price.

  • In brief, GoTo HUB, in collaboration with your destination company, makes the region bookable and enables everyone to sell each other's offerings. GoTo HUB achieves this by entering agreements with all stakeholders, handling the legal aspects (such as providing travel guarantees), managing all transactions and payments to each stakeholder, providing technical support for bookings, and building the technical framework so that the destination can offer all this.

    The solution leads to increased local tourism, increased digitalization, the ability to reach new target groups, the ability to extend the season, and not least, it gives you the opportunity to reduce marketing costs since you get an additional sales channel.

  • It should be advantageous and simple for you as an actor to join. After you have signed an agreement with us, we contact you and produce the products you want to include. After you have approved, we go through a brief training and show you the system. Then we ensure that your products are published live and made bookable.

    There are two ways to handle availability: either by manual allocation directly in GoTo HUB or by connecting your own booking system via one of the existing integrations. Here you can read more about available integrations.

  • We have no startup costs or fixed monthly fees. You only pay a commission-based fee for what is ordered. The cost is as follows:

    Activity/tour: 20%

    Accommodation: 15%

    Entrance/ticket: 10%

    If you want to contribute to the digital ecosystem and easily sell others' products for a commission, your revenues are as follows:

    Activity/tour: 10%

    Accommodation: 5%

    Entrance/ticket: 2.5%

  • Yes, GoTo HUB uses secure and encrypted transactions to protect the personal and financial information of travelers and providers. You can trust that your information is safe and secure when using GoTo HUB.

  • Our pay-outs are triggered 5 days after a product is consumed by a customer. Normally it takes a few banking days before it reaches your account.

  • GoTo HUB is constantly building more connections to relevant reservation systems within activities and hotels.
